I am always on the look out for inspiration for my top Clifton Strengthsfinder Themes, none more so than my #3 Theme, Connectedness.
I often describe my Connectedness in coaching conversations as a ‘game of two halves’ – one Spiritual, one Practical. My Spiritual side believes everything happens for a reason, there are no coincidences and I kind of ‘know’ my place in the Universe. The Practical side of Connectedness offers a perspective that ‘the world is a puzzle to be solved’, and I can often see the connections between people, events and things.
Whatever your definition of Connectedness, I believe that the article link below will resonate, on many levels, as it did with me. If, however, you are more of a Realist, grounded in Achiever, Arranger or Responsibility, the article may not be worth the read, or may cause a rather substantial and unpredictable paradigm shift in your life.
